KETO CRAB DIP RECIPE


This crap dip recipe is defiantly one of my favorite Ketogenic recipes that I’ve ever tried. It’s a simple recipe yet delicious served hot with some fresh cut rainbow bell peppers to add a little crunch and even more flavor. 

Even friends and family that are not following a Keto diet menu will love this recipe. It’s guaranteed to come home empty from any party or family get together. 


KETO CRAB DIP RECIPE


I prefer using fresh crab mean when possible ( I mean who wouldn’t), but we have also used canned crab from the seafood section at our local grocery store, which still tasted just as great. Just be sure you drain the can before adding it in. 

INGREDIENTS :
  • 1 lb of Crab Meat
  • 8 oz of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasonìng
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Scallìon (thìnly slìced)

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a Large Bowl Combine, crab meat, cream cheese, grated parmesan cheese, old bay, salt, and pepper .Beat until fully combined and the mixture is smooth without any clumps of cream cheese
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through
