CARAMEL PRETZEL BARS
One of our favorite things to do since we moved to England a few months ago is to light a fire pit in front of our house and invited the neighbors to join us-usually with some drinks and sweet treats thrown in the mix. This past Saturday I whipped up these ooey-gooey Caramel Pretzel Bars to share and they were a huge hit as usual!
What I love about these bars is just how easy they are to make-no big pile of dishes in the sink to wash afterwards. They’re also the perfect mix of salty and sweet and jam-packed with flavor. Every bite just explodes with caramel, chocolate, coconut and pretzel-it’s fantastic!
INGREDIENTS :
- 18 graham crackers (2 sleeves), crushed
- 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cup mini pretzel sticks, broken
- 11 oz package caramel bits
- 1 cup milk chocolate chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour half the can of condensed milk over the graham crackers. Sprinkle with 1 cup of pretzels.
