I wish that I could make a batch of these No Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Balls for every single one of my readers! They are so, so, so, so, sooooooo good! If you love peanut butter, you need to stop what you are doing and make these.
The best part? You already have all of the ingredients to make them!
One of my very favorite combinations is chocolate and peanut butter. Who doesn’t like peanut butter? And, chocolate for that matter?! Put them together and it’s a sweet and savory party in my mouth!
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Flour
- Vegan Chocolate Melted, Optional
Instructions :
NOTE: Use Coconut Flour for gluten free.
- Mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and flour until well mixed. (It should feel like cookie dough.) Put mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes, or until firm.
- Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, or until chocolate dries and balls are firm.
